The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the smoothies are delicious. What else could you ask for?
Although the watered-down smoothies were not to my liking, it was the customer service that I found particularly disappointing during my visit today. I understand that they typically hire teenagers, but today's service was exceptionally rude. When my daughter and I entered, they did not greet us or serve us promptly, as they were busy texting on their phones. When one of the employees finally put her phone down to reluctantly come to the register, she said nothing. I had to initiate the conversation. After repeating my order twice, she asked what size I wanted and gave me a medium instead of a small. I appreciate the youthful attitude, but it is important for them to uphold high standards of customer service. They should put their phones down when customers enter and greet them properly. The way we were treated upon arrival was very rude - even my 8-year-old daughter noticed and commented on it in the car.
The staff was excellent and the smoothies were delicious! What more could you want?
This particular Smoothie King is great depending on the staff working. One employee was kind enough to give me a discount just because I asked for a surprise in my order. However, be cautious when leaving the parking lot during busy traffic times as some individuals may be inconsiderate and make it challenging to merge onto the road.
