Original Pancake House - Alpharetta

Worth the drive! We found them on Groupon and decided to go for Valentine's Day breakfast. Hubby got chocolate chip pancakes and I got the ginormous apple pancake the thing was HUGE and I could only eat maybe a 1/3 of it! We also got some sausage links on the side. One order is 4 links so we probably could have shared... but they were some of the best sausage links we'd ever had. Coffee was yummy, too, and the service was prompt and friendly. While the prices are a little higher, we felt that the quality and portion size was WELL worth the price. Plus the Groupon helped of course! We will certainly be back sometime.

I love this place! The food is always amazing, and the service is always fantastic. Great prices for how much food you get. I’m adding an edit, because I’ve just read other people’s reviews. I wanted to add that yesterday my server was Natalie, and she was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. My dad couldn’t decide between banana and chocolate chip pancakes. So guess what Natalie did? She brought him banana pancakes with chocolate chips to be added on the side. Argumentative and Combative? Maybe if you’re a sad guy who spends all day on Groupon! The food come soon out so hot and fresh that the chocolate chips melted right away. I ordered a Dutch Baby, added all the accoutrements, let me tell you I ate the whole thing! Probably like 700 calories but it was well worth it. I will always come back to this place, and the Natalie section is very nice in my opinion.

My first trip and I was so impressed. Yes a 40 minute wait well worth it . Interesting reading on the wall, EXCELLENT waiter , so polite and attentive. Now for the food top of the line. First time to have a baked omelet and it was delicious, also the fresh OJ was tops, and the pancakes were so light and airy. To bad I live in Iowa, as I may never has the opportunity to return. Thanks to my daughter Jacci for the opportunity.

This is one of the best places in the Alpharetta area to stop in for breakfast. Always great service and the food is always awesome! They really take pride in food preparation and it shows with every dish. Thank you Original Pancake House!
