Dunkin' - Alpharetta

They serve the Best Hazlenut Ice Coffee with 1 Cream and 2 Sugars. ?

When I first starting going here, I was fine with regular dairy milk in my coffees and lattes but I 'm sure this location actually serves it rotten/spoiled. This morning I ordered a chai latte with almond milk to be safe, and found that I have never had a worse latte from any dunkin donut location. If there s anything you can say about this particular store... is that they are constantly serving up food and drinks that barely resemble what you should be receiving from a so called dunkin . If I could give you a zero, I would.

I visited on Donut Day and, despite it being one of the busiest days of the year, the service was excellent and very friendly. There were additional racks of donuts available, which were of great quality.

I've visited this Dunkin' several times and have always had a great experience. I've used the mobile ordering feature regularly, and I've never had any issues receiving my items! The staff is friendly every time I go. Today, I ordered a large cold brew. I placed the order before leaving my house, and they had it ready just a few minutes after I was on my way. Yay, I'm happy to be back!

First I want to say thank you to the young lady through the drive through this afternoon that was very reassuring and apologized for her managers behavior secondly I want to say the poor attitude of the manager that's been at this location for apparently eight months did not want to provide me with the DoorDash order I was picking up through the drive through I told him I had two sleeping children in the car and I'm just trying to make some money could you please help me out and provide me with the order I've never had an issue with any other place that I've ever been to I even ask when they tell me know and and I understand I respected some of them have rules but I specifically picked this order because I knew I had a drive through because I would not be able to carry my two children and the order and did not want to risk having a problem and have an upset customer and upset my kids long story short if you need a manager at this location good luck because it seems like he's got a pretty sour attitude but the other employees seem very sweet
