She told me and I told her I was just trying to get the yellow cake. she described her with the right ice and I chose one I wanted. then I told her what to write on the cake and when I would pick it up. what I did, the night we cut into the cake, we found a chocolate cake instead. that was really annoying! the birthday child does not like chocolate cake and did not participate in eating the cake. I send the rest of the cake with a party guest to the house. breasters cakes are expensive and for me it was was wasted only because of the fact that the person who bought it did not eat anything of it. the next day I called Breaster’s and asked me to speak with a manager to discuss this and I never got a call back. I called her back on 3rd september and left another message to get a recall. they finally got the owner to call me back. That wasn't good. first he didn't believe me because I mistakenly called the yellow cake vanille. his answer to me was: “You would not have ordered this from us, because we did not sell vanilla cake.” Obviously I did not mean vanilla, but chocolate. He still didn't believe me and said he wanted to talk to the girl that took mine. that was good because I gave him their names. he also wanted a picture of the cake. I told him I didn't have it because it was days later because they didn't call me back and I didn't have the cake anymore. that was not good enough for him. After three phone calls he called me in the grunde a lügner, he said: “I found the cake that said yellow cake on it, but can they please send me a picture of the cake?” at that point I had enough, and I just told him, I think I'd better just not do it with them, and his answer was better. Even after he proves that his business was wrong, he was willing to lose me over 15.00, I got a picture of the friend I gave the cake. I'm going to put my business in another one, and I suggest that they too. this man deserves no patronage.
The young cashier seemed new and very nervous and uncertain, so I don't blame him too much. but he betrayed me from an ice cream. I have bought two pots of waffel bowl, but I “can” received a draw. barely! I wanted to complain when my son brought me. but the line suddenly came really long so I didn't want to keep the dinge for the 12 or 15 others. And what is even worse is that there are 4 others in the business that didn't hang to help the new guy and us customers. even pinched into the window that yoo hoo did not make her help me. I am really disappointed and think I owe a full swallow of “New york Cheesecake” ice. Usually this place is really good. only a free day.

Terrible experience. The ice cream was melted and the serving size was pitiful. This is why small businesses go under by letting things slip and go downhill.
