Przekaż informację zwrotnąI wasn't with arby in 10 or 15 years. I wasn't impressed. eating was not bad, but it wasn't impressive either. it was pretty fast done. the personal I interacted with was kind. I will give them another attempt in the future.
Drive thru only, no indoor dining. Lines are always super long. Takes 20+ mins to get this fast food so you better not be in a hurry. Workers are nice enough, but..... They NEVER EVER seem to get our orders right. Always have to call or go back thru the drive thru to correct our orders. Even with coupons, it 's crazy expensive. I think we 're going to start going elsewhere that has better customer service, shorter lines, and dine-in options.
The buns were so stale they literally fell apart while eating our sandwiches. Ridiculous to spend $20 on 3 sandwiches and can't eat them
This guy Gary was rude beyond words. Myself, husband and baby were ordering and he told me No multiple times when wanting to upgrade the side when i was willing to pay more. Then told me he couldn 't hear me because I was whispering and told me what i said was not what i actually said (i know this sounds more liberal than it sounds, but it was the way he said it). My husband and I looked at each other completely offended and told him that was rude which in turn he said that it wasn 't. I wish I would have recorded this. We said we were going to go else where and he mockingly waved and said goodbye, bye all the while laughing. I told him i was going to make a complaint and he said he didnt care because he was the owner. I took a picture on the way out. Also the manager behind him that was telling this Gary how to put items into the computer looked at us like we were in the wrong. Im not sure why, but I really feel like we were wronged in this whole situation.
Hubby went in, place order, received food at 7pm when lobby closed. came home across town, opened bag; completely wrong order. not a single item correct. got back in the car, wait in line again this time in drive thru. 30 min have now passed. get to order box, tell them we were given the wrong order. re-order, wait, receive food. look in bag, 1 rb sandwich, 1 gyro and 1 wrap. go home. take food from bag, open my wrap, totally wrong again. by this time 50 min have passed, im starving so just say screw it and eat some kind of turkey wrap instead of the peacon chicken salad. worst part is, when re-ordering, hubby repeated twice our order, kid repeated it back. so disappointed with the incompetence of some people.
