Restaurant Refuge de Taveyanne

Wonderful location, perfect for a break after either a good trekking or biking trip. Very nice meals, typical, tasty and fresh. Remember to bring with you cash because they do not accept credit cards.

Following recommendation from the tourist office we decided to have something to eat here before going for a small hike. It was just what we were looking for...very typical Swiss chalet and great food. The Rostï was one of the best i have ever had!...In my opinion the prices were a bit too high for what we had, but the great atmosphere and quality of food made up for it. Very nice little rest stop

Superb refuge close to Villars sur Ollon. Views are gorgeous in the summer you can eat on the terrasse. The raclette at night is a must with a nice fendant. We will go back

Stopped en route having come up from Solalex. Peaceful modest (mountain) restaurant. Staff friendly and efficient. Worth a stop

We had walked up hill and down dale to find this delightful place of rest in the middle of nowhere the service was excellent the local wine was superb and the location is perfect for walkers and cyclists alike, sadly now the season is over and you must wait till next summer
