Papa John's Pizza - Alliance

Been eats at Papa John's for many years and in many different states, but the in Alliance Ohio is the best of them all I am almost 70 years old so that I pay from my crowd of them and the food is always good the staff is always very friendly and makes you feel welcome and appreciate your business I can't say enough good things about Papa John's and Alliance Ohio I have recommended them too many and would not be very satisfied anywhere else it is

A few nights ago, my friend and I ordered about $40. We saw the little indicator to know that the pizza was on the way... after about 40 minutes And the app said it was delivered, it was sworn NIE. At that time the store was closed for the night. Sad face. The next day I called and talked to a manager, Natasha. This girl WAS AMAZING!! She went beyond and beyond to help me find out what happened to our dinner. She found out after about an hour of her time and many phone calls... I'm not a young Lol and that's the best customer service I've ever had. This girl deserves MUCH recognition for her dedication to keep her customers... Thanks again, Natasha!!! :

Great pizza! Great people who work there, and they've made another order I set up there! Therefore, my family probably eats there at least once a week! Lol!
