I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered two takeaway coffees and as I was leaving the cafe and entered a nearby clothing store, one of the coffee cups fell apart, causing hot coffee to spill on our clothes and shoes. This was not only embarrassing for us, but also infuriated the staff at the clothing store. Concerned that this could happen to others, we decided to return to the coffee shop, only to have the bottom of the other cup fall out as well, luckily over an outside bin. When we informed the lady at the coffee shop, she accused us of lying and refused to make us new coffees. It was appalling to see her lack of concern for the safety and satisfaction of her customers. A simple apology would have been appreciated. It is clear that the cafe prioritizes cheap products over customer safety, as evidenced by our experience. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 1 out of 5.

I am unable to provide a rating for the food as we did not receive any. When we inquired about their opening hours, we were rudely told that they were not serving food. Despite the fact that we arrived at 1:30pm (according to Google they are open until 5pm) and it is advertised as a cafe, we were unsure of what they actually do serve. It was disappointing to travel 40 minutes to find a plant-based cafe only to have a wasted journey. Overall, we were disappointed with the lack of food, service, and atmosphere.
