I live 20 minutes away and a family member couldn't eat for him. that's not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last. I stopped going out of the same ground for a long time, but it gets ridiculous.
A terrible service. they need to order online and pick up outside. they canceled the order by writing a handwritten note that if they order after a certain time, the order would be canceled. they also wrote a sign that the people leave early. I understand everyone is understaffed, but these people are now using this as an excuse for a bad customer service. I'll never protect this situation. absolutely ridiculous and terrible. the young people they work there as a zero experience in customer service!
As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I used to enjoy dining at this restaurant, but I have come to realize that they are not attentive to their ingredients. I discovered cheese in my guacamole and even found a piece of meat in my meal. I have decided not to eat there again.
The inside is never open anymore. Only can order online and they can't seem to get an order right and the employees are insanely rude. It honestly seems like there is no management around. If you can go to a different location, do it. Easily the worst location I've been to. Love chipotle otherwise.
Let me begin by loving chipotle. only not this place. I had several problems in this business and I finally learned my lection and will not return. Usually we order through the mobile app and pick it up. I paid for double steak and more than once and had only 4-5 small steaks in the bowl of my mannes. the last time we ordered, it was completely unacceptable. I command the same as every time, and this time it was unbearable spicy. it was as if someone had added a ghost whistle or something to our dishes. We couldn't even eat $26 for dinner. I called and spoke to a manager who tried to blame me for ordering something I didn't know how sharp it is. After I told her I reordered the same thing every time she said she would issue a 48-hour refund. 4 days later.
