Burger King - Alice

Avoid BK in Alice at all times. Every time I drive by the parking lot is a ghost town for serving breakfast and lunch. I’ve been there 2 times, and I can tell this is going downhill. Thanks to the teenagers and bad reviews in Alice, this restaurant is a black sheep in the family. My suggestion is going to BK in Calallen.For some unknown reason at the drive thru right next to the menu screen and conform your order, they made me wait 5 minutes until they’re done with something inside even though there are barely customers inside. It’s nothing but teenage workers who are selfish and waiting for an easy cash grab to mess up your order on purpose. I guess they don’t want this restaurant to be a success in Alice.One time, the teenager girl who’s a cashier simply cannot correct my order. My order was a whopper with large onion rings (they said they don’t have large cups anymore) with 8-piece chicken nuggets. She asked me to pull around to the side and they will deliver my order. She forgot about me and gave a burger with regular fries. This restaurant was built 11 years ago and 11 years of entitlement.

The employees where nice and kind they took my order fast and my order was a #2 a double Texas whopper and it was hot and fresh with and large

Worst management ever cashiers won't even answer at the drive thru then when they do can't even take down the write order.who is the night manager whoever it is needs to be fired.cant even manage a slow running business the right way.

Visit attempted at 3:59 pm 3/10/24. This not a place to go in Alice. I can't answer about the food because we never got services. We came in stood at the counter when a blonde employee came by and said where's Angela while she walked to the drive through. Another staff member walked to the front door smoking her cigarette then went to the back to the kitchen area. After waiting 4 minutes and no one acknowledging us my guest went to the rest room. When she returned still no one had come to counter. So we left.I guess the owners make so much money they don't need to take care of all customers.

Most amazing restaurant I’ve ever been too and manager is very very nice and service is
