El Mundos - Alicante

It's nice to see that since my last review it has gone back up to previous standards. Every meal has been hot and the portion size has improved. Still friendly staff and good entertainment. Would highly recommend! The Fish and chips was extra nice for less than 5 euro.

Unless you live local and can book a table, your stood at the bar for the night with your kids. Sat a table that wasn't booked, and was quickly move off by bar staff for four local old people. Couldn't eat as had no table to eat at. Eat and drink elsewhere is your best bet

We visited the restaurant as a family for an evening meal. The menu choices are limited and they don't have a wine list. We should have left at that point but we decided to give it a try. Our food came out a different times, the children's meal the last to come out. We needed some cutlery and it took an age to get any staff members attention, even then we had to ask several times. Also, the WiFi didn't reach the area we were sitting in. If you're going to offer WiFi, make sure it reaches all the tables. If you just want cheap pub grub then this would probably be ok. We won't be going back.

Arrived on the chance of a quick lunch. The venue was really well appointed, lots of socialy distant seating. Great outdoor seating. Fast and friendly service and a very good menu. Even though we only had baguettes, they were very tasty and good value for money.

Fabulous venue, overlooking other restaurants, watching the sun go down….lovely food, great staff after a bit of persuasion) live music with a very good singer..didn’t book a table, which was a mistake…but after a while a lovely table outside became available..a return visit is on the cards..
