Chipotle Mexican Grill - Alhambra

I waited two hours on 10/31/21 for the Boorito event . They could of had the front people working on orders because hardly anyone was ordering in person. They had around 20 bags of food that people were not picking up because they didn’t want to wait . Bad management, bad service and the worst of it all is that the kids didn’t go treat or treating because we waited late .

This is my local spot when I am in the area, nice place to grab a bite! When mobile ordering, expect to wait a bit because they take awhile when you order online. Great food!

Ordered a steak burrito yesterday the burrito was more rice and beans than anything ..

Staff needs to pay more attention to items which are running low at counter. They were out of fajitas. So in a veggie bowl there is nothing much else to give strong smoky flavor taste.

I came here for the Key Club fundraiser and everything was so good
