Sisters Thai - Alexandria

First time here. Food was delicious. Service was great. Place is adorable inside, they partnered with Magnolia cafe. Definitely recommend

First time at this particular location and let me say, the decor was adorable! I hate I didn't get a lot of pictures, but I really loved it. Our server was really nice, and stayed on top of things. It wasn't crowded at all, but we made reservations anyways. Now on to the food: Garden Rolls they aren't like any I've had before, but I enjoyed it. The sauce with it isn't the thick peanut butter sauce you normally get with garden rolls, but it had a great taste. Crispy Spring Rolls a lot of crunch (I assume from the cabbage or whatever the filling was) but it was very refreshing Sisters Fried Rice my friend said she loved hers as well, she said the pineapple was a wonderful addition to the rice and it was very savory Crispy Wontons fried well, but I wish it had a different sauce with it ...I can't put my finger on what I think was missing Pad Thai with Shrimp actually very good! I thought the bean sprouts would be overpowering, but they weren't. I think it needed a little more seasoning or a sauce of some sort, but overall the food was good! I would like to come back and try other dishes and their bakery!

Took a trip to this Sisters Thai since it was raining and gross outside. I’ve been to the Sisters Thai place in Cabin John and loved the food. And thought it was a great experience and reason to go visit this one. Was pretty amazed when I looked around the place. It has a bar and lots of decorations. I have one more Sister’s Thai place to visit that’s in Alexandria. Food was pricey for the Chive dumplings but the Chicken Fried rice was well priced and worth it. Atmosphere was a bit loud and the service was great.

Food was absolutely amazing. The service was quite subpar at the bar….they seem to have a preference in their customer base, based on my experience and observations while there…I would consider returning for the food though or honestly just get takeout next time to avoid very iffy customer service.

Food is good and the menu, the environment is cute too. This is definitely a busy restaurant and you will have that feel that “you better finish your meals and get out for the next customers.” If you want to relax, go to the cafe next door!
