La Tasca Old Town - Alexandria

I highly recommend making a reservation, as this place tends to get quite busy. Their sangrias are all incredible! If it's your first visit, I suggest trying the La Tasca Tour, which includes nine small plate tapas for two, served in three rounds. It's the perfect amount of food (you'll definitely be satisfied!) and offers an excellent overview of their menu. They serve some of the best calamari I've ever tasted, and the lamb pops are fantastic as well. The pacing of the courses is just right—you're never rushed, yet you're also never left waiting too long. The service is excellent, and every dish we had was delicious.

This place is consistently fantastic! The happy hour at the bar and the brunch offerings are fantastic deals! I especially love the bacon-wrapped dates and the fried eggplant chips! I also want to highlight that the staff is wonderful; they’re always ready to answer questions and provide explanations.

I absolutely love this place! The tapas are fantastic, and it's the best paella we've ever had! Milan is amazing!
