Worse customer service ever. I went to get their Lg. cinnamon pretzel bites and they said they were out. Then they wanted to give me plain pretzel bites and cup of cinnamon. But then they said oh we only have pain pretzels and a cup of cinnamon. This was the worse service I have ever had at this establishment.

Absolutely love this place! Staff are always friendly and this is a welcoming environment!

The pretzels were OK but I've had better at other malls. The texture wasn't just right

We visited today and the staff were super friendly. They were also very fast. We did not have to wait. We had hot, fresh, and delish pretzels instantly. Will definitely go back.

Our pretzels were hot and fresh and the service was fast! Enjoyed our visit here, always have to stop by when going to the mall. The employees where smiling and very helpful.
