Mcdonald's - Alcoa

A member of their staff, amber was so professional and so polite. I waited for a large order containing a dozen cookies. she kept me on going while she helped others. for the management team please declare my sincere recognition for amber and thank you for the presentation of the best employees.

Food was great but I think they had to go catch the chicken first. Slow as hell.

This place is a train wreck. The lady taking orders. Rude. Guy taking money. Rude. Lady handing me my food. Rude. Couldn't get my order right, walked in to have then fix the order. Rude. I live like 5 minutes from this place. I'll drive a bit further for better service.

I often stop at this McDonald’s and they always do a fine job. I really wanted to leave a review based on today’s experience though. I pulled up to order my sausage biscuit and my car ran out of gas as I was sitting there!! (gas gauge is broken, I wasn’t sitting there long, they’re always fast) I had to explain what was happening through the ordering microphone. 2 employees came right out, had me put my car in neutral and pushed me to a parking spot. They then got a gas can and filled my car up enough to get to a gas station. They were incredibly kind and helpful and I am so very grateful for them! Wish I had gotten their names and was able to let their management know!

Both of my burgers were cold ,not even a whole piece of cheese and a tiny squirt of ketchup. This is my last trip to this McDonald's because they can never give out decent food.
