Przekaż informację zwrotnąI stayed at many hotels during the span of my professional and personal careers, and have never been made to feel so welcomed and valued as I did at the Knoxville Airport Hilton during this stay. Hotel Manager Marco Pruitt made sure we felt appreciated, and conducted himself as the Manager you would expect him to be, and more. His pleasant personality and demeanor, coupled with his true desire to ensure our stay was memorable, did just that. He exemplifies the Perfect Manager one would expect at a Hilton Hotel. His performance was truly exemplary, and he should be recognized for the Excellent Manager that he is. I just can 't say enough about how he personnally took it upon himself to ensure our stay was as memorable as it could have been. If I were in the Hotel business, I would do all I could to hire him away from you. He is an excellent representative for your company, and should be recognized for his service to your company. Thank You for a wonderful experience at the Knoxville Airport Hilton.
Awesome airport hotel!!Great rooms, nice hotel good service. Even a nice breakfast buffet that is reasonably priced and very tasty offerings. However, the air conditioning was so cold in the dining room my food was ice cold three bites in. Why such cold A/C???....would have gotten 5 stars otherwise.Rooms: Modern comfortable.Even had good feather pillows!!So rare these days, usually they go flat, but this hotel gets it right!! Thank you!Walkability: 5min walk from the airport. The walkway is covered.Food drinks: Good food, but the dining room A/C is too cold, so the food gets cold in secondsNoteworthy details: Very friendly staff
Very nice hotel, especially with the convenience of its location. The restaurant and bar were great as well. The hot tub was fantastic! But keep in mind that the hot tub says that it only holds 6, so it’s small.Rooms: 5/5
We had a 6am flight out of McGhee Tyson airport and decided to stay here based on the proximity. This property is literally step away from the airport- 2 mins walking from door to door. Check-in was easy and the front desk worker gave us bottled water and chocolates. The glass elevator overlooked an atrium with the hotel bar in the center. We were given a room on the sixth floor and had a great view of the airport. One son is an aviation enthusiast and very much enjoyed watching the planes during their takeoff and landings. Don't worry though- we didn't even hear them during our stay. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was reasonably priced and very good- the salad bar that is included with many of the dishes is excellent! I heard another guest ask if you could purchase the salad bar by itself and apparently you can- I wish I had asked, as that would have been plenty- I was forcible sharing my main dish with husband and teenage sons. We found the pool by accident- it is inside and tucked away next to the meeting rooms- and were super impressed! A waterfall, 6 ft deep with a seperated area that is only 1 1/2 under the waterfall. There's also real and fake plants mixed in, plus there's a hot tub. There's a knob on the wall facing the hottub to run the jets- it's not clearly marked so it took us a little bit to figure out how to turn those on. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding a good quality. Check out is not until 3pm. You can order breakfast on a door hanger and put it out the night before with your delivery time suggested. We unfortunately left before the 6am start time. Check out was very easy. We left at 5 am and the whole process took perhaps 2 mins. Then we walked to the airport, following the sidewalk and were through TSA and waiting in line line at Starbucks inside the airport by 5:20 am. The only con I would say is there is no laundry facility on site. We stayed here one nighy at the end of our wddk long trip and I had hoped to wash everything before returning home. They did offer to have the shuttle take us into town to a laundromat, but we declined. Also, the wallpaper in the halls is thumbtacked in areas- I dont know exactly how old this location is, but someone should probably address that. I would most definitely recommend staying here if you have flights out of McGhee Tyson!!!
I have to highly commend Marcos Pruitt, the evening front desk manager. He went out of his way to rectify a situation and even personally brought up extra towels! This is a great place to stay, the rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. And thank you to Monique for your help as well.
