L'authentik - Alby-sur-Chéran

Great service and fresh local food. Working in the area and I came across this beautiful little restaurant in the countryside. Got the lunch menu for only 24€ the three courses were delicious perfect for a much relaxing lunch to recharge.

A blown cheese accompanied by a memorable mushroom spuma. an efficient and pleasant service. The traditional image and an aunt ringarde that accompanied the name of the old restaurant definitely left room for an inventive gastronomy at an affordable price. Bravo!

Simply the best restaurant in the region. from the welcome of the patrons to the addition, to the freshness of the ingredients, the taste and aesthetic of the dishes, everything is perfect

The place is a bit hidden but only 3 minutes off the highway... (although you still wonder if you land at the right place until the last minute as the old name of the restaurant is conspicuously lit on the roof! . Once arrived (convenient parking lot in front the welcome is simple and not overly warm, but the service turned out to remain discret and efficient throughout. More importantly you'll find very nice compositions in your plate. Fresh and good products, classics with a twist, visually elegant, nothing pretentious but simple excellent upscale cuisine. The menu is short but offers something for all tastes. Good desserts as well. Very reasonable prices both for food and wine. Certainly an address to recommend.
