Thai Boran - Albuquerque

I’m so glad I discovered this fantastic restaurant! I had a Lardo salad, and the freshness of the herbs blended with the complexity of the flavors was incredible. The service was friendly, and the food overall was a solid 10/10.

I tried the Mango Salmon, which our waitress recommended, and it was fantastic—an explosion of flavors in my mouth! It had sweet and tangy notes, reminiscent of a refreshing summer dish, with beautifully sculpted carrots, mango, lemon juice, and light mild spices. Next time, I'll definitely ask for more spice! Everything we had was delicious. The Thai tea was the best I've ever tasted in New Mexico. Coming from Oregon, where there are many food and drink options, I've tried various Thai teas, and this place truly stands out. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was amusing when she left the check with my husband, but I ended up paying. We made sure to leave her a generous tip. The restaurant was clean, but my only complaint was that it was quite chilly due to the door being open and the air conditioning. All three of us felt a bit cold. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

We have always loved TB, but since COVID, their prices have skyrocketed, and the quality of their food has become inconsistent. I just picked up an order, and the combo fried rice didn't have any shrimp in it. There was no notification about the missing ingredient, yet we were charged the full price for a dish that wasn't as ordered. Food: 5/5.

So to start the food came out super fast like we ordered and within maybe 5 minutes it was out. It all tastes good only reason they get a 3 star instead of 4 was because I'm pretty sure I found a hair in my dish. By over good food (average price of a plate is about $14.50)Food: 3/5
