The food was served hot and the customer service was decent. Overall, the drive-thru is a better option than dining in, as there are often people asking for change in the area. However, the situation has improved thanks to the presence of security guards.

Whenever I order a burger at a fast food restaurant, I always use hand gestures to indicate how much ketchup I want. Most of the time, I end up with three or four ketchup packets thrown in. But this one time, the cashier and I shared a special connection and he knew exactly how much ketchup I needed. It was like he had always known. It was a truly special moment for me, and I felt so appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to this location – five stars.

To the staff working in the afternoon on 01/05/23, great job! I placed a large takeout order and it was perfect. The way it was packed made it easy to carry, eat, and drink. Thank you to everyone.

Indoor PlayPlace: In my opinion, every McDonald's restaurant should have an indoor PlayPlace as many people, including myself, enjoy dining at McDonald's.

I encountered beggars asking for money as I walked to the restaurant. The staff acted as if they were the managers and wouldn't allow me to speak to a manager. The service was very slow, and they have not improved over time. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless they make significant changes. Don't bother getting the special card. The staff is extremely rude and they seem to make up their own rules. Overall, the service was terrible and they even messed up my order.
