The Manager at the Dions on Coors Central location was AMAZING!!! BEST service EVER!!!!! We informed the location that we had a mushroom allergy and the location cleaned out an oven, made sure everyone used utensils that had not been anywhere near mushrooms, the wait was a bit long because they took the Extra steps to ensure we had no cross contamination to mushrooms so the Manager came out several times to offer a fresh beverage. I am SO impressed!!!!!! Keep that Manager, she is on it!!!!!!!
My husbands aunt introduced us to this place. At fast became favorite. Delicious fresh made pizza and subs. And salads were made to order not a prepackaged item.
I walked in at 3:05 PM and was the only one at the counter. 5 employees walked past and NEVER acknowledged our presence. At 3:26 a lady finally took our order which after the wait for acknowledgment of being there was only sodas. The manager made excuses and I informed her that every customer that walks up to the counter should be greeted. That would be called good customer service.
Dion's food and service as usually always on point, however this visit was a poor experience. Ordered food via app prior to my arrival , i only ordered sandwiches which said it would only take 15 min, arrived ar the store 20 min later, food wasn't ready, waited another 10 min before it was done, upon checking the food to make sure it was correct, they made 1 of my kids sandwiches wrong. It was just a turkey and swiss plain nothing on it, meat and cheese only but you can tell they messed up and put everything on it then tried to scrape the mustard off the bread and take off the onions and lettuce and there were still lots of pieces left on the sandwich. If this were my sandwich it wouldn't have been a problem but we know how picky kids are, so I advised them it was for my kid and needed to be plain just as ordered, they apologized and had another sandwich made. They called me up again to pickup the freshly made sandwich, which again checked to make sure it was correct, guess what? It was wrong again!! This time it had xtra onion and tomatoes on it, to which stated what is going on back there cannot they not read a ticket, I was very upset at this point as now I would have to wait yet again while my other sandwiches were now getting cold. The manager once again apologized and had them rush the sandwich and watched them to make sure the order was made correctly. Very dissatisfied with this experience which is unusual for Dion's hoping this was just a 1 off experience
