Cesar's Restaurant - Albuquerque

This was delicious! I had the Gyro sandwich, churro, and horchata, and my friend had the Chorizo plate. Great mix of Mexican and Greek options, and the staff seem friendly. 10/10.

It's been a while since I have eaten here but today was an awful experience the asada burrito is $12 for some old dry overcooked beef tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. It was definitely bad meat it left a horrible aftertaste. Definitely won't be going back ..

I only go for the carne asada afteros #30 on the menu and always with extra carne asada. Feeds two for about $30.00 that are not bad at times when everything else is closed as they are 24 hours.

I've been here for over 20 years, tonight was the last time, unfortunately. I've loved this place for a long time. Covid ruined everything in NM. Paid $60 for three unedible Burritos so bad that I almost had to move over. This place should just give it up... I never come again

The man who took my order was extremely rude and short. He didn't even let me finish before he cut me off with something else, and just repeated it every time I tried to clarify something about the Burrito I had specified. There was a sign before the advertisement of the Burrito for 3.99, with the option of red or green that I was "not able to specify due to it. I was also unable to determine how I wanted the eggs, it shows on the entrance he just made this selection for me, without my input too. When I moved, he asked for $22! I pulled back the money I had started handing over to him, and he revised the sum to $8.73, which was the menu price instead of the advertised special. I thought I misunderstood the sign and paid it. Then I circled back to check the sign and found that no, I had not misunderstood. However, you have no money-refund policy on the window and the entrance, and at this point I was so frustrated that the extra few dollars were not worth talking to this man again. The burrito itself was decent. The tortilla was the best part, it had the taste and texture of homemade, so I assume to make it on site. Definitely not a grocery store tortilla. The contents involved in this tortilla were average, nothing special, but not bad. Overall not close to value they calculate. Since their policy is that complaints can only be made personally (also at their reception) and the only person I could talk to was the person who was rude and overwhelmed me, obviously this would be useless, so I simply 't return. You can see from my other reviews that I usually follow when you say 't something nice, say 't say everything usually, they are overwhelmingly positive. But that was a bad service I've ever received. It was pretty clear that I dreadfully disturbed her by coming to her restaurant and buying her food, so maybe avoid that to her benefit and her.
