My car had broken down and as I had lost my phone I wasn’t able to phone the AA. A lovely member of staff lent me her personal phone to use and let me also phone a family member. I kept her phone whilst waiting so I could get updates from AA. I can’t thank her enough for all her kindness. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Extremely disappointed. I searched the net to make sure this was a 24hr service clearly states it is. So I decided to get off the m54 while on route for work. I get to the station as I needed diesel and food for work. Once I filled my car with diesel I walked to the entrance and the door was locked. So I went to the night hatch where a guy was serving I ask why I couldn't come in to buy food for work as it clearly says 24hrs ,he started muttering something couldn't hear a word he was saying. So I asked if he could get me a bottle of huel which they sell and he said no. There was no other customer present. This is poor customer service I Had to go and use another service station for my food for work. This was at 5:40ish on the 27/07/23. Not a good start to the morning.

Denied any kind of service at 23:23, despite a sign in the window saying 'Wild Bean Cafe and Fuel only from the night window '. Can 't even get that! Not very 24 hours, is it?

Got a wee bit lost after my phone died on the way home. Lovely Ladies on the til helped me get back on track. Even managed to get home before it got dark. Fantastic service

Great spot if you like looking at armed police having coffee. I've been a few nights and it's been shut. A knobhead just sitting there thinking he is funny with him smart comments. Nice for a latenight snack on the way home from work. Allways.nice to see the boys in blue.
