Mr. Fuji Sushi Albany

Been here a handful of times now, almost always at slow hours because of my schedule. For an american japanese restaurant, it’s much better than most. The food is good and presented well and the place is clean. The decor could probably be better but it is simple and minimalist which I kind of love. I’m particularly a big fan of the film photos on the staircase wall. The waitress that served me yesterday (3:30 on 11/27) was friendly and in my opinion the best server I’ve had here so far. Thanks again for a solid lunch

Quiet place the food is pretty good. Try not to get seated by the door when it's cold out ... It gets real drafty by the door.

Came here on a Thursday for lunch, we were seated promptly and each of us ordered the lunch roll special. The sides listed on the menu are not what come with it (i was expecting to have a choice of edamame and another appetizer, plus a choice of soup or salad, what i got was soup and salad with no other choices). I ordered the spicy tuna roll and spicy salmon roll, rather than being sushi with spicy sauce on top the fish was minced in with ???. Seemed like filler and not like alot of fish. The rolls were also smaller. For the price it was a good value but I think next time I'll try sashimi so I can get real (not minced or mixed) fish! The speed we were served means im definitely willing to give this place another try!

The food is always great here and everyone that works here is soooo nice!

My server was so nice. I went there for my husbands birthday they surprise him with a tempura ice cream (which meant a lot to me since he never had it and I really wanted him to try it. I'm a vegetarian and they had so many option for me too. Everything was so delicious, my husband said it sushi was one of the tastiest he has ever had; food was fast to arrive at the table and the whole staff was so friendly and nice. Highly recommended everyone to try this place
