Kfc - Albany

I went out to dinner tonight and had a disappointing experience at a KFC. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich while I opted for the buffet. Unfortunately, it seemed like the buffet had been out since lunch - there were only 4-5 pieces of grilled chicken thigh and 4 crispy thighs left, along with hard biscuits and cold potatoes. When I asked for a warm chicken breast, it took a while to be served and my husband's sandwich never arrived. After waiting for 25 minutes, he decided to cancel his order. I then asked for a crispy wing and was told it would take 16 minutes. I complained to the manager about the unsatisfactory buffet, but received no resolution. This isn't the first time I've had a negative experience at this KFC, with cold buffet items and a lack of chicken available. They also only had one register open, causing long wait times. The staff and manager need to improve their customer service. I used to enjoy KFC, but I will not be eating at this location again.

I gave this restaurant a low score because for the past 3 weeks when I have arrived at 10:30, I had to wait either in line or at the drive-thru. Additionally, the workers seemed to be taking their time to start working once I arrived. The manager also seemed to act as if I was late in opening the restaurant. It seems like everyone at this establishment needs serious retraining or should consider leaving. I will not be returning as it appears they do not value my business.

The food was quite delicious. The prices have certainly gone up, but at least the restaurant's dining room has reopened!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredible, and the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious!

If you want some good KFC fried chicken, this is the place to go! It has a nice location and service as well.
