Went several times with different people and nothing changed. Also it’s not even in the middle but wayyy back and the only people sitting there were dark skins. Just a heads up :)oh and ps we were wearing business professional (dark skin) sitting in the back hidden while non-poc could wear whatever and would be treated amazingly and sat in the front
I have been here maybe 5 times since they opened, just because I live 40 minutes away. Every time the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every time the food was AMAZING!!!! I love my sashimi, and the make your own ramen… really good, and different than most other restaurants. If you’re in the Albany area I would definitely try this place, you will be more than happy!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and substitutes to choose from.Parking: It’s at the mall so there is plenty of parking available.
Great restaurant. Just when you think you've tried every Specialty roll out there, its nice to be pleasantly surprised. We got the spider and volcano rolls, and it's great they offer a lunch special on weekends too because we got too simpler rolls. The duck buns and calamari were great too, along with the lichee martini (yeah we do big lunches here). Will definitely come again, great service
Terrible cuisine. The Rangoon was the same stuff that you buy frozen out of a box at price chopper. All frozen poor quality food. Very disappointed. And the cost was very high for the quality. The wait staff didn’t know the menu and what was available either. Will not go again.
This is hands down the BEST ramen spot in the capital region! I can only speak to the ramen as a regular.I’ve been to sushi tei (they’re my second favorite), akinomi, tanpopo ramen, Zhus kitchen and NOTHING TOPS THIS PLACE.Only place that makes their noodles in house and they literally have the most perfect textured pork chashu! Not too fatty and slow cooked and seared to perfection! Tony the manager is super sweet and makes sure to take good care of you especially if you are new to the ramen game. He will make suggestions based on what you like and sometimes give you some samplers. I cannot get enough of their ramen and their amazing pork buns! YummMy go to ramen mix (in case you’re new here!)1. Spicy tonkatsu2. Extra pork3. Extra soft egg4. Add mushrooms5. Add sprouts6. Add cilantro (GAME CHANGER)7. Add black garlic oil8. Add chili paste oil9. Add a side of spicy Mayo and mix trust meeeee for those who love creamy ramens10. Add sesame seedsDelishhhhhhhhKid-friendliness: One callout here they do not have a kids menu!! However this hack is helpful you can order a side of fried rice and a side of steak or chicken (like hibachi style) those two sides together are about $10 bucks and comes with plenty of leftovers for your little one!
