Taco Bell - Alamosa

They need new workers , the ones there are completely snotty , still forget or mess up something in our order, the bathroom is broken n only has one stall per restroom , the ice machine was out of order because they were to lazy to fill the fountain again w ice,Kid-friendliness: Bneed more patient workers

The staff are generally pretty nice. The workers will mess up your food often. I went vegetarian for a month or two and they messed up my order almost everytime I ordered during those months. But it's fast food so I can't hold it against them much.

The Taco Bell in Alamosa, Colo is the worst. Taco with beef means a taco with beef, not a super thin layer then heaped lettuce and cheese. And when yoy pay extra for steak, they will take the upcharge and skimp on the meat.

How the mighty have fallen. Thought it was just me, but customer after customer had wrong or missing orders. I ordered two a la carte items, with two orders in front of me. 32 minutes for food, and one entree, a drink, and both sauces were absent. As I observed the lobby, it wasn't just me. The two orders in front of me were just as bad. Kiosk only order for taco bell, but in-person order for long john silver.... I'll let that digest. This place used to be my regular fast food joint when I worked in Alamosa, and it was always awesome. Take a look corporate, something is way wrong here, and it's not just me. It's everyone who was in the lobby with me today.

We just went through the drive thru and literally wasted 10 minutes waiting to get to the window. We get to the window and this kid behind it was SLOW and couldn't multi task. He gave us our food and we had to wait ANOTHER 3 minutes to get our drinks. They were ready but he set then down to do other tasks. When we banged on the window to get our drinks he told us to hold on as he finished another task. We are so tired of these kids moving at slow speeds to help those in the drive thru.
