Subway - Alachua

This review is for excellent customer service. They offered seperate packaging and markers to help label everyone. My food was a subway sandwich... The workers put it on other possibilities in the region.

115pm order online for approx. 150pm pickup. At 152 a.m. came and said to sit and wait...30 minutes later, there's nothing waiting in the store. Maybe it was done on the back of time, but there was no communication from team to us that it was ready. Had to ask if sandwiches were ready and it just said. Yes they are at the back point this place has great sandwiches, but not able to perform the online order efficiently. So just go and order food would be quicker results

The staff here was friendly and had excellent customer service! My sandwich was great and the ingredients that usually lack of gloss on other subways (like tomatoes) were super fresh!

In and out food was fantastic! Thank you to the employees that work hard for a 5 star review. I am grateful.

The people working during lunch are fast and sufficient. Can't complain. However, the only person who I ever see smile is the cashier. It's a bit odd.
