King's Castle Grill - Ajax

Stopped in on a Saturday with my extended family for lunch and was super impressed with the food. I had a chicken wrap with seasoned fries and some perogies too. It was all great and large portions at reasonable prices. Wish I was a local and would be coming by regularly.

The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. I can't believe establishments like this still exist today. I made a reservation for a Thanksgiving dinner for my family a week in advance, and it was confirmed. However, on Thanksgiving Day, when I called to confirm, I was informed that there was no reservation at all. Calling this experience "disgusting" doesn't even begin to cover it; the restaurant owner should be deeply embarrassed by this situation.

I just had a delightful breakfast served by my favorite server, Kelley. You won’t find better quality or prices anywhere in Ajax!
