I'm very picky what I'm gonna eat. Must be fresh and healthy. I fed my family at the Fusion Restaurant for over 15 years. We all enjoy the healthy and delicious menu choices. And the attentive service. Please never get out of business.
Best Korean food in town. Wholeheartedly agree with gcleff11's review. Fusion is by far the best Korean restaurant there is in Spokane. I am Korean and I've tried all the others, but none compare to the taste and flavors of Fusion's cuisine. It comes very close to my mom's home cooking! We've been loyal patrons since they had their location on Sprague. Airway Heights may be a bit out of the way for us, but the crave for authentic Korean food always keeps us going back. Our favorite dishes: Grilled spicy pork, chicken teriyaki, kimchi chigae (stew-like), yakisoba, kimbap, spicy chicken teriyaki, and dolsot bimbimbap. They also have wonderful banchans (side dishes) and they do a great job at rotating them. The flavors in their dishes are always consistent and packed with authentic flavors. I can honestly say that their food is as good as Korean restaurants in K-town LA. I'm an LA transplant and have eaten at a ton of Korean restaurants in LA. Fusion does not disappoint. Friendly staff and excellent service. Clean restaurant and GOOD food.
They cruise to the top of Korean/Asian restaurants in Spokane County. Everything and I do mean everything was excellent. We ordered five dishes, including two that leaned perhaps a little too Chinese for my preference, and not a bad bite was had in the bunch. I'll spare you a lengthy description of each plate, but will say that all meats/vegs/noodles/etc were wonderfully fresh and expertly prepared. Fortunately, Korean joints tend not to completely Americanize their product, and in the end we patrons score. Kim Bap rolls (untrained eyes would call it sushi, but it's not) were very nicely prepared and extremely affordable at $3.50 $4 a roll. The Mrs is now a convert after trying them. All accompanying banchan dishes were pickled perfection. One very nice and helpful lady did it all, and she was even patient with my pathetic attempts to compliment in Korean. Dining area was very clean with no clutter or kitsch. But like other similar restaurants, don't expect to be in and out of there quick with everything being freshly prepared. The smartest thing this place did was to relocate from the Valley to near the Air Force Base, where they find a very willing clientele of airmen who have been stationed on the penninsula, and folks who accompany them trying Korean for the first time. Everybody wins...
Great stuff. Wonderful banchan side dishes and good Korean food, though I liked the buffet they had out on East Sprague.
