McDonald's - AIRPORT WEST

I again returned to this branch after some time. I ordered and paid for a large latte with skim milk. There was only one other customer. I waited over minutes and I still could not see any movement regarding someone making my coffee so...I asked my server what is happening. She just gestured her head towards the back and showed no interest in helping me and in general showed a lack of interest in her role. Luckily the manager on duty overheard me and immediately made my coffee otherwise I would still be waiting. In the managers defence I was offered a free muffin to compensate. But still my two experiences at this branch were not very good

Nothing special or out of the ordinary, just the standard McDonald's food that is available everywhere. On payment their self serve terminal malfunctioned and I had to wait until the next day to know if I had been charged for the food we ordered (we...had been charged). The lady behind the counter gave us our order even though nothing had registered on their computer

Ordered mcchicken and happy meals, requested to have tomato sauce for the french fries but they are stingy giving, they gave me tomato sauce for bags of fries and chicken nuggets in the happy meal, i had go back to ask for tomato...sauce over and over again and they didn't seem to be happy giving some. service was quick but staff not friendly and helpful enough

I dropped in for a coffee and decided to try their Guacamole Loaded Fries. Let me say there was only one person serving, there was a reasonable sized line which moved very slowly because of an incompetent server. When I finally was served I was...asked to repeat my order three times as she seemed to forget it. The pictures of the loaded fries resembled nothing like the sloppy mess I received
