My husband and I love cattleman's and have gone about once a year for a few years now. The food quality is usually good, but this last time we went (29 AUG) I was shocked at how horrible their ribs came out. I've ordered ribs many times and they always come out perfect, falling off of the bone. This time they were overcooked and it was a struggle to get the meat off of the bone, and it was so burnt that it felt like it didn't have much meat. For how pricey cattleman's is, I was disappointed. I still love their bottomless sides, but I will likely take my business elsewhere.

It was worth the money and the drive. The food was delicious and filling! Had we had the time to go through it all I'm sure it would have been better!

The food was amazing. The thickest, juiciest, most tender steak I've had in El Paso, maybe even my life. Honestly an amazing dining experience.

Fantastic steakhouse in a beautiful setting! The NY Strip was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Loved the baked potato and that they had 3 different ways I could add jalapeños to it. Opted for fresh diced jalapeños enjoyed cranking up the heat alongside a little butter, bacon chives. Friendly service in a nicely decorated dining room also made for a fantastic experience! Looking forward to returning whenever I’m in El Paso!
