Lady taking my order today was rude. They were slow and didn't get my order right. Also didn't hand me my receipt Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The cashier this afternoon at 2:30 pm is a very distracted girl, I had to repeat my order 4 times. and the one who dispatched the food did not put the salad that I paid for separately. I had to ask her and she didn't put a fork. You can tell they have no interest in doing their job well. lousy service and it's not the first time The food is good. The service is bad. Very bad

Using the drive-thru is a pain on Sunday evenings now. The attendant at the window has rushed me twice now saying “time is going” “you’re using too much time” The first instance with her a couple weeks ago I had to call her supervisor a guy name Alan or Alex I think) who apologized about her rushing me. He also mentioned nothing about being timed because basically she shouldn’t even say that to me. Second visit when I got to window I remember something I wanted to order n told her to add it to my order.. once again I’m being rushed about “TIME” and this time she stated I need to come inside to add the other item. There’s a professional way to address costumers and Popeyes employees at this location is lacking in “ Professional Customer Service”. The supervisor this time was Gloria Escobar who had a lot to say with attitude) about “Time” and why I’m being rushed she was also rushing me) and that she will add the item this time only!! There was no difference with her demeanor and the drive-thru attendant and both instances with them caused my blood pressure to go up and gave me anxiety. The food here is great but the service is stressful to say the least. Thank you to gentleman supervisor for being humane and professional but I’m turned off from ever visiting this location again because of a few unprofessional female employees working there.

All was good, but as per usual around a fast food place in the hood, you will find people asking for handouts. I'm upset I wasn't able to order delivery Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Terrible service we ask for one thing and they bring us another and for the drive thru there is no waiting door they send us to go around the main entrance of the place net what a horrible experience
