I only took off one star for the overall rating because parking is terrible. The lot just isn't big enough. We had to wait a while for a spot. But once we were inside and waited on everything went by quickly and smoothly

I was looking for a spur-of-the-moment meal and IHOP turned out to be the perfect choice. We only waited for less than 15 minutes and were able to dine in and out within an hour. I ordered an egg white omelette, hash browns, and a pancake, all of which were delicious. The service was excellent too. As a pescatarian, I wish they had more seafood options or even a Beyond Burger on the menu.

I had a fantastic Mother's Day dinner at this restaurant with my daughter and a couple of friends! The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with large portions and reasonable prices. I truly enjoyed my special day.

This popular breakfast chain is known for its exceptional food and service. I decided to try the country breakfast burrito and it did not disappoint - not only was it tasty, but it was also served quickly. The restaurant was filled with customers on a Saturday morning, and the staff were working hard to keep up with the orders. The woman greeting customers wasn't very friendly, but given how busy the restaurant was, it's understandable.

I have visited many IHOP locations in my life, but I will not be returning to this specific one. It appears that they are understaffed, but the staff should still provide basic customer service. Maybe the specific employee was having a bad day, but when you're working, you need to give it your all. They need new staff members who are enthusiastic and eager to serve customers, rather than displaying random attitudes.
