This visit was pretty good. I was here in the past and didn't care about the two different pasta dishes I ordered. I got the Amercano chicken sandwich this time and thought it was good. My first mixed drink I think they forgot the alcohol, but the second one was much better. We had many people in our group and our server was great, especially since he said it was his first day. The kitchen was slow to get our food out, but we had a big group.

I don't know why this place has so good reviews and so busy, I have to miss something. Ordering two pizzas and a Stromboli and they were not good, crust was rough on regular pizza, all very cold and we waited for 20 min in the lobby, while pizzas sat on the shelf despite three times asking if our order was ready. I don't feel brave enough to try again. Also it was super expensive for the low quality taste! There are really good pizzas in Grand Rapids, why is this place so busy?

Pizzas were fantastic! The waitress was friendly and helpful. When she saw that one of our middle pizzas was missing (because she was burned out of the kitchen and we had returned her, she went to the manager and asked us if we could get an appetizer to follow us. The cheese wedges were so bad when we thought they were! And with Ranch and Marinara they were great! The desserts were absolutely wonderful and definitely worth trying! The place wasn't too loud. Parking lots were large enough so you can open your doors without hitting the car next to you. The bathrooms were elegant, clean and in stock. I gave 4 stars because the very burnt pizza would never have left the kitchen first. All in all a good experience for a stranger like me.

I usually like pizza, but I eat 5 pieces of cheese in the morning at eleven. My mother recommends the meatball Sub, and my grandmother has swallowed a papricot. It was all delicious and we took home later. The service was really fast and our server (Abby was funny and nice. Overall, I recommend.

This place is amazing! Staff is best in the business we had a group of 35 split into multiple tables ZERO billing or order mistakes. They are friendly and helpful The pizza was delicious had thin crust and cauliflower crust both very tasty, sauce is a well balanced and on the sweeter side... Highly recommend the homemade Italian sausage All toppings were yummy and fresh
