Wingstop - Acworth

We have an order for 50 wings for pickup tonight. As soon as we came home, we realized that only half of the wings were in the box, so I immediately called to let them know. They said we had to go back with the entrance and the wings (20 minutes away). I said the wings we actually have will be cold, but will they be restored? He said yes. When my husband comes there, the district leader argues with him and tells him he tries to cheat wings!?? She refuses to make the missing wings because she said she packed them herself and the others who have been sitting for almost an hour do not withdraw! Unfortunately, I always want wings on my birthdays, so it should also be a relaxing quick dinner with my husband and children. Instead, we paid $65 for wings that we do not receive and hopefully will be reimbursed in 5-7 working days, and 3 hungry children who were looking forward to wings. Terrible customer service and your district manager is a joke!

The district manager did not give us half of our order and then argued with me when I returned for the rest while he said that I tried to cough them. I just want my kids to eat that we waited and paid for over an hour. She refused, half the order we got after the demand that we bring her back to the store, although at this point the wings sit over an hour. She has to get back to work at Mcdonalds.

Worst situation ever. You will screw up your order. We had a hair in our food and will not try to make things better. The manager at this place Michelle is terrible. We had a 10 piece that they would believe us, and they only made you feel like you were a thief. I can't wait to talk to her. Extremely rude lady without Couth over herself.

That's the fourth time I ordered the same thing. Again I lacked the cheese sauce that comes with the combo, and yet again I ordered crispy pommes. If these soggyries we waited for are what to see as crispy. Then you have to serve raw pommes as regular pommes. Thank you for taking our order, but it is not yet properly received why I will not be back. I'm going to cricks.

Patient, efficient friendly staff. They went the extra mile to bring a side of fries to my young daughter while we waited on our Togo order. The boneless wings fries were well worth the wait. Thank you so much!
