Long John Silver's Taco Bell (tl33418)

Half of the times I tried to eat here, they have something down and can't take orders. I have also seen some sketchy things on their drive thru window when they are to be down or closed. The few times I made it a window, the employees were loud and with profane language.

As the only Long John's Silver on the west side... I called when they open. From Douglasville to Acworth.. I was lied, three times! If it wasn't for the fact that I love the fish shrimp, I would never go back! Place was dirty outside in the parking lot! Please make a rich person a location in Douglasville or area! We hD one that is the most profitable in the area, but it closed a few years ago due to the construction codes.

Quality has gone downhill. Portions are at an all time low. The potatoes in my spicy potato taco were rock hard among other various things. This location used to be great during lunch hours.

Unbelievable! The location I visited was not allowing inside dining so I went through the drive thru. I ordered an L1 which is supposed to be two pieces of fish, fries and hushpuppies. I asked for extra hushpuppies instead of fries and told them I did not need any sauces with my order. I confirmed my order at the window as I was paying. What did I get??? One piece of fish, one piece of CHICKEN, some stale fries, two hushpuppies and a HANDFUL of malt vinegar packets. If they can't do better than that they should just stop doing business.

I went to Long John Silber's for over an hour and it was 11:30 to be open at 10:30. I said they were open in an hour, so I waited an hour. The interior was not open, but the drive-thru was open. I was told that they wouldn't be open until 2:00, that's so frustrating when I waited an hour in the heat to be told to wait two and a half hours. This is not the first time this happened. Unfortunately, this is the only Long John Silber's anywhere near my house.
