The Shed Market - Abilene

Sides were awesome. Jalapeño potato salad and Mac n cheese. Good portion of each side. Pulled pork spot on for smoke flavor, tenderness and bark. Brisket was just ok. Ordered it juicy, but it was way too fatty. Chalk it up as not ordering properly. If you’re a first timer have them explain the three ways you can get the brisket.

Great prime rib and the Frito corn was a first for me, but pretty good! Show up early if you go on Thursday because this place gets packed quick!

Amazing BBQ, wish I could have eaten more! Thursdays they have Prime Rib, soon good! Sides were decently portioned and made in house. Green beans, Mac and cheese, and potato salad were my favorites. Might be the best BBQ in Abilene. Defineately a restaurant to visit your anywhere near here.

Finally made it here after three attempts! Definitely worth the wait. Best barbecue I've had in Abilene. Tender/ flavorful meat all around. Got the brisket, turkey and ribs. Had to tell myself to slow it down.

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and once again, I enjoyed their incredibly tender and flavorful brisket. I opted for the moist cut, which has more fat mixed in for added richness. I'm really pleased they offer this choice. The staff was very friendly, and it was clear how popular the place is, as there was a line out the door during lunchtime. My wife ordered the ribs, and the meat was so tender that it was falling off the bone.
