Pizza Hut - Abilene

Customer service was awesome and they have you pizzas ready when you pick them up. I love Pizza Hut

Pizza was awesome tonight! Extra cheese was perfect! Super hot!

The only reason I give an extra is because the pizza tastes great. However, if you order online, the time given is always wrong. It takes twice as long to get a pizza. The service is just so slow. Honestly, I prefer Dominos over here because they are quick, done right and great pricing. However, pizza hut has a better taste, when done right. Employees aren't friendly and the wait times are terrible.

Adrian the so called night mgr is very rude and disrespectful. Laughing at customers because all of our order was not given to us is not good customer service. I will be filing a corporate complaint, as well as speaking with the general manager. I hope Pizza Hut is not this desperate for workers to allow their customers to be disrespected. (Have the phone recording and will be sending it to corporate)
