Hickory Street Cafe - Abilene

My order consisted of hot chocolate, potato soup and zucchini brot for beginners. the hot chocolate was Swiss mix in the box and not homemade. the zucchini bread was almost like carrot cake. the potato soup was tasteless and had only one potato in it. the sandwich was in the best case only literally bought everything and not worth the time.

On the hickory street cafe for lunch on the way to the palo duro canyon of cypress, tx. ordered the suppe and sandwiche that all were delicious and beautiful portions. they also offer very delicious gluten-free products that was a plus for one in our party. the atmosphere is very sweet, the service was fast and friendly although they were pretty busy. the dessert items were also delicious, homemade and very fresh...like a gluten-free option. the waitress even offered us more coffee for the street! would it definitely recommend and stop here if they went through?!

Very fast! we have our food about five minutes after the order. many different broth choices for sandwiches and they are all very good. also very affordable. we had pumpkin cheesecake for dessert and it was amazing.

The salad cup is my favorite and it comes with 2 slices of my favorite zucchini? brot. Now they also have gluten-free zuchinni brot. delicious?

This was my first time at Hickory Street Cafe. The service is wonderful. The young lady who took my order was friendly and polite. The food was very good and tasteful. The prices are very reasonable and you have the option of eating inside or outside. I got my food to go. I will be back.
