I went in and bought a pink Jammie doughnut and gave them 2.20, the doughnut was 1.20 I didn’t get £1 change back the lady just took It put it in the register gave me my doughnut and served someone else, I re-entered the shop and asked if I could get my change and she said no I don’t have it, and I showed her that I didn’t have it and just left without my change. Im annoyed that I lost a £1 and im more annoyed she didn’t check if she had made a mistake she thought she was right and didn’t see if maybe she did make a mistake. In the future I will try my best to use the correct amount of money so this can’t happen again.

They REALLY need to do a better job of keeping their bakes warm. They shouldn't be dead cold at 8am. A cold sausage, bean and cheese bake is no way to start the day.

Large tea reasonably priced, Staff must rotate a lot so give them a 'sec ' more to figured out a things.

Never have Scotch Pies ready unless you get there for opening time. Also if you go in afternoon nothing is hot as they turn off the heaters
