Lucky Star - Aberdare

Take me back 20 years ago please! Once the best Chinese around now tasteless or over salted and dry. Very disappointed.

Easily the best Chinese in Aberdare. Absolutely love the Chow Mein, Cripsy Beef, Chicken Curry, Mini Spring Rolls, Fried Rice, Gravy bit odd I know but it's nice! sweet and sour sauce, chicken balls, pork balls and um I think that's all I've tried so far. Great food, service is usual quick if you collect, delivery can take some time when busy but I've never had a cold meal on delivery. Only thing that bugs me is I can't pay by card :

Was visiting a friend I worked with back in Hong Kong and we took a drive and ended up in Aberdare, stopped for food and yeah, this is your average western style chinese takeout. Great for the locals but rubbish for those used to the real thing! Edit: Never mind, read the reviews after posting, even the western foodies hate it!

Had a meal for 4 ppl last night and food was cold and over cooked never going back
