He went over the whole menu with us and dates and times were all agreed upon, he also told us he was going to email us a contract which was never sent. He also said he was going to go to India for about a month in order to gather some supplies. We tried contacting him numerous times once that month was over but no reply. We are now out $8000 and also left with no caterers for the wedding.
