Ordered at 7:39 pm didn't get it until 8:35pm, and that was pickup with online order.No apology, no explanation.Although about 820 someone arrived with boxes, so i guess I am supposed to know this without any explanation. I am patient person, but that was ridiculous, to salt the wound the pizza tastes like barbeque sauce, I really wish I would have grabbed a frozen pizza that prompted me to come here, because this took more time. cost more money, and was actually more disappointing.And if that barbeque sauce has high fructose corn syrup in it, I will have another severe issue later.One star because zero is not an option. I know you may not miss my every six week order, but I expect service from service industry.Worst experience in any foodcservice in the past 25 years.

Usually better but this time the people were very rude and didn't want to help anyone. They made up all kinds of things just to make sure that things wouldn't work for their customers.

Very good pizza have not been disappointed so far. Customer service is very good.
