My family and I ordered sandwiches thinking it would be a nice place to grab lunch. It took over 30 minutes for the food to come out. The mozzarella on the pizza bagels was un-melted, the bottom of my wife's baguette was wet soggy somehow, and my sandwich was only toasted on the bottom. On top of that the staff had a negative attitude around the delays. I would not recommend for food.

Low quality of service and low customer service. I do not recommend this coffee shop, regarding this experience. We ordered 3 hot Latte coffees and 2 pancakes after 15 minutes waiting in line up! It was weekend so we understood it. — The agent missed one item, so I came back and I asked to add it to the order. I love Crickets. First of all, the owner is so nice and is always here. The staff is responsive and warm. The menu is a good combo of niche seasonal and the usual stuff. They’re gracious about substitutions. Everything comes out hot and delicious. They support the town-college community building. Patron them as often as possible instead of going to DD or the campus Starbucks.

LOVE this place! I love how inviting it is when you walk in. Everyone I have taken here loves it and can always find something. Highly recommend. Great service.
