I entered the restaurant around 11:30 and was seated right away. The staff was very efficient and despite the constant flow of customers, they were able to provide quick service. I ordered the number one popular dish, the salt ramen, and this time the large size was free so my partner ordered the large size. The ramen came with green onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, char siu, and an egg, making it very satisfying even in the regular size. The soup was delicious and light even with the addition of pork fat. I will definitely try the curry ramen next time!

I visited the restaurant on Sunday around 2 pm. It was quite busy for this time, indicating its popularity. The popular salt ramen arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. The clear soup was elegant in appearance and had a strong salt flavor. The firm noodles I ordered were also delicious. I preferred it over famous ramen shops in Hakodate. Most customers ordered the salt ramen, but I would like to try miso and soy sauce ramen next time to try them all.
