そば Chǔ かみわき - 長沼町

We entered the restaurant at 12:30 and there were only 3 groups of customers, so it was nearly empty! We ordered the tempura soba for 1,300 yen, made with soba flour from Nagano. The dish arrived in about 10 minutes and it was delicious with a great aroma and texture. The tempura was also made with local ingredients and was very tasty. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

This restaurant uses only locally sourced soba from Nagunuma Town. There is a free town parking lot right nearby. I tried their tempura soba. The scent of the soba was mild, but the broth really enhanced the deliciousness of the soba.

I always thought that I would definitely visit this restaurant when I came to Nagasuma Town, and finally I was able to go today. The soba and tempura set for 850 yen is a great deal in this day and age. It had two shrimp tempura and the broth was delicious. The portion size was satisfying as well. They also offer a large serving of rice or soba for an extra 50 yen. It was truly delicious. Thank you for the meal.

以前から気になっていたそば屋さんにようやく行くことができました。 天ざるそばを頂きました。 長沼産のそば粉を使用してるそうで風味良くツルッと入る美味しいそばです。 天ぷらもとても美味しかったです。 いいそば屋さんを見つけました。

今回は鴨せいろの大盛りいただきました。 お出汁もしっかり美味しい。 生蕎麦の持ち帰りもお願いして主人も喜んでいただきました。 次回は2人揃って食べに行きまーす
