Chī Chá Mù かげ - 隠岐の島町

You can enjoy local dishes such as Oki soba and Bomb onigiri at this restaurant. The cafe attached to the Goka Soseikan offers 100% buckwheat Oki soba that I wanted to try. The Oki soba is made from 100% buckwheat, and it is served with warm soba broth. I enjoyed breaking up the yuzu and rock seaweed while eating it to experience different flavors. I couldn't quite figure out the ingredients in the top left of the photo, but I think it was probably shredded mackerel? It was delicious when combined with the broth. The Bomb onigiri is not huge, but more like the size of a convenience store triangle onigiri formed into a ball. There are two of them, so it's quite filling.

The mekabu udon was surprisingly delicious with lots of mekabu included. The staff was very kind and friendly. I received a handmade mask cover and noticed that the restaurant decorations were also handmade, creating a warm atmosphere.

I tried the Oki soba with mekabu seaweed for the first time. The minced yuzu added a nice accent and it was delicious.

2022/06訪問。めかぶ入り隠岐そば ¥670 と爆弾おにぎり1個 ¥150 。量も味も良いです。特に出汁。海草も合います。そしておにぎりは醤油風味に中身が梅干し。ベスト！ バス 神社前12:55着13:49発西郷港行 で行くと水若酢神社を参拝した後に昼食として食べて丁度良い案配でした。 じゃあマイナスの理由は? …食後少しゆっくりしたかったかな? ^ ^;
