Po uwędzeniu wczoraj boczku wieprzowego, dzisiaj przygotowałem i dokończyłem trochę na śniadanie.
Pyszne i dokładnie to, czego szukałem, aby odtworzyć restauracyjne przystawki z wieprzowiny, które próbowałem.
Uwielbiam ten przepis. Nie czytałem go aż do dnia, w którym go robiłem, więc nie pozwoliłem mu ostygnąć tak długo, jak powinien, ale i tak wyszedł świetnie! Chciałbym, żeby był sos do niego.
