this recipe wouldn't set up. I only used 1 cup of the olive oil and tried adding another egg yolk. No dice. Fail. ??
Holy garlicky!!! Easy to make-tried a half batch to start with and glad I did. Will make half batch again with one clove of garlic!!!
LUV IT. Made it with Fresh Smoked Garlic used 3 large cloves it's mellow rich and delicious and only took minutes to make and place in the jar very much a quality recipe I used light olive oil.
